Suggest Treatment For Cysts In The Eyelid

Hi Dr. Meyer My name is Albert. I went twice for a eyelid operation now and was on two antibiotic treatments already which had no effect on my eyelid condition. I am currently using Fucithalmatic eyedrops now for the sists in my lower and upper eyelid after my second operation. i also received antibiotic ointment (chloramex) too to use. The inflamation after my second treatmeant is back now. I am trying to be hygenic as possible to prevent this from happening again but it seems to me that i have to go back for a third time for the procedure in removing the sists inside my eyelid. Please advise Kind Regards Albert Swart
