Suggest Treatment For Cut On Head After Injury

Do at first I felt threw my head and I thought i had lice and I pulled on it and opened a cut on my lower back of the head about an inch above my hairline. Then a couple days after I felt a numb which was causing discomfort when I touched. It deems like a pimple in my head. At first I thought maybe lice or something went in and that s what s causing the bump. However I am not sure what it is. I hurt when I touch it and I ve tried to pop it but it doesn t come off. It looks yellowish in pictures like a BRUCE.. I just want to see if anyone has ever experienced this. And what do u think is wrong. I have a little one next to it and I m thinking about having my brother pop it tonight
