Suggest Treatment For Crevices On Scalp

I have developed two parallel crevices on my scalp. No headaches. I take metoperal(sp) 100 mg and hrdrochlorothazide (sp) to control my blood pressure and heart rate. I went for a full physical exam and when I inquired about this my Dr said I don t know-maybe you have been abducted by aliens and she laughed and moved onto the next question. So apparently she thinks its not a great concern but I want to know whats going on????

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a condition called linear morphea. You should consult a dermatologist. If you ask a premium question there is an option of uploading photograph. If you do that we can have a look and will be able to assist you with differential diagnosis.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
