Suggest Treatment For Cramps In Legs And Arms After Skull Fracture

history: 6 weeks ago, concussion & temporal skull fracture. medication: lisinopril hct (high blood pressure) Recently, in the last 1-2 weeks, I ve been experiencing mild cramps in my legs, arms, and chest that don t follow strenuous activity. They seem to appear out of nowhere. In the last few days, I ve started having intense, shooting pains, in the muscles near the lateral end of both clavicles. Any ideas as to what could be going on? Cause for concern, or should I just wait this out?

Hello,

Please get your blood sugar levels checked
-FBS
-PLBS
-HBa1C
-And also serum calcium levels.
-X-ray Cervical region (Ap & Lateral Views).
You make require to transfuse intravenous calcium gluconate after checking your serum calcium levels. Also monitor your blood pressure closely and keep it below 130/80, you will be alright soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
