General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

From your description, I am of the opinion that there are three possibilities low serum calcium & D3 level, Low serum B12 label, and Peripheral vascular disease. Doppler venography would help in diagnosis along with serum calcium, serum D3, serum B12 levels.

Till then You can take Tab shelcal once a day, mecobalamin 1500 mcg per day and Calcitas sachet once a week. While sleeping raises your leg above your body level with the help of some pillows. Warm compresses will also help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
