Hello,

Hiatus hernia may not cause shaky hands. Few medications like asthalin or salbutamol beta agonist may lead to shaking.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Check for other possibilities like pneumonia or anaemia or parkinsonism or age-related tremors etc.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
