Suggest Treatment For Cough With Severe Post Nasal Drip

I have these nagging symptoms of cough attacks with severe post nasal drip once a day around the clock. Feels like scratchy throat ,dry cough and clear nasal discharge. I get this in form of an attack once a day . steroids nasal decongestants and antihistamines are not work. tried zyrtec ,singulair also. Please help !!!

Common causes of such symptoms are allergy, sinus infection, nasal polyp, rhinitis and deviated nasal septum. Throat irritation may be due regurgitation of stomach contents.
Advice
1.     Tablet Allegra 120 mg daily per oral for 7 days
2.     Tablet Mucomox 500 mg every 8 hours per oral for 7 days
3.     Tablet Rantac 150 mg twice daily per oral for 15 days
4.     Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
5.     Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
6.     Do not lie down immediately after meal
7.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment and spicy food
8.     Avoid coffee and tea after meal
9.     Investigation – X – ray PNS, TLC & DLC
10.     Consult an ENT specialist for general examination of your nasal passage
