Pulmonologist 's  Response
firstly you need to stop smoking, secondly what type of inhaler you are using is important, the inhalers change as the disease progression, you should first get yourself evaluated with a pulmonologist. avoid anything that can trigger an asthmatic attack, home remedies such as steam inhalations are useful.
such events sometimes get triggered by infections as well.
kindly visit your pulmonologist and get ur inhalers checked
