Suggest Treatment For Cough While On Clarithromycin And Ranitidine

I am having very bad cough and sometimes ot feels like asthma attack even I never feel like this before. Dr prescribed some medications to me as followed, APO-Ranitidine (150mg) , Clarithromycin (500mg) , Lysozyme Chloride (90mg) , Montelukast as sodium (10mg). My concern is, after I take it for three days, then I found out myself pregnant for 5 weeks. Is there any side effect to my pregnancy, since I m really freak out googling everything about the medications towards pregnant women. Thank you.

Hello,

I have gone through the drug list you have mentioned. All these drugs are safe in pregnancy. So no need to worry for any bad effect to your baby due to drugs. You can definitely continue the pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
