Suggest Treatment For Cough And Fever In A G6PD Deficient Child

hello, doc my son had a g6pd ,he is now 9 months old, he is now suffering coughs, lbm and fever, there are also rashes from his body especially on his back. as for now , i only tried tempra for his fever, and i also tried oral dehydration for his lbm, but until now there is no positive result, please help me doc. I am still confused on his situation, especially on what to avoid and what to take like (medicines, vitamins & foods) thank you very much coz your suggestion is highly appreciated. maryl
