Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, it seems that your child has probably got stomach infection as child has fever, loose stools and cough. In loose stools, we have to take care of hydration of child so start giving ORS solution and in my opinion an antibiotic also needs to be given like syrup oflox 3 ml three times a day for 3 days. However, since this is a prescription medicine, i advice you to meet the local doctor to confirm the diagnosis. Take care.
