Suggest Treatment For Cough And Cold
My son ( 4 yrs old ) is having a bad cough, mild fever and cold. His cough is continuing for the second day today.
Gave him Crocin syrup ( 5 ml ) some time back and 5 ml of Augmenting Duo. Planning to give him a dose of nebulization ( budecot + duolin ) now. Pl advise.

she needs to added some antihistaminic and decongestant syrup along with antipyretics and antibiotics you are already giving.
Dose and duration of the medicines should be according to the weight to get the desired effect.
