Suggest Treatment For Cough And Cold
Hello Sir, I have been suffering from cough and cold for last 10 months . I have taken many type of treatments like cough syrup and homeopath but there is no benifit. I used to sleep on the roof of my house in last summer without clothes. And since that I am in a problem. Please advice me.

Your symptoms could be suggestive of a chronic infection (chronic bronchitis) or an allergy reaction. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- A chest X-ray study and pulmonary function tests
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR
- Allergy tests.
In the meantime, I would recommend trying taking cetirizine 10mg at bedtime, in order to help prevent allergic cough.
