Hi doctor, My father is 76 year old. He is a diabitic last 25 years, last 1 year had avery bad cough, and breathing problem when he was sleeping. so want to know is Montek lc is cure these problem? or what else medicine he should take? please suggest me.

I suggest your father to sleep on one side not straight it will help him if it is OSA
