i am 32 years male.i masturbate.i am married for 1 year. marriage not consummated.my penile doppler saysboth corporacavernosae increased echoes cavernous artery 8 mm narrow and tapering..is it treatable..what medicines i have to take. my marriage is under severe stress..pl suggest

I read your statement and i understand you are concerned about tapering cavernous artery

Your penile artery isnarrow and it must have an underlying cause. The issue will be corrected only if the underlying cause is treated. if there is no underlying cause and the issue is idiopathic, then it is not treatable and you will have to dilate your arteries through viagra.

common causes of arterial narrowing is diabetes and hypertension. I suggest you to do a fasting blood sugar and get your BP checked and consult your physician
