Suggest Treatment For Contracted Anal Sphincter After Undergoing Piles Surgery

hi doctor i am a 23 year mechanical engineering student was suffering from piles 3 years ago. i undergo piles surgery at that time. it cures but after the surgery my upper stinchers of anus are getting contracted and the opening of anus during stool pass is only upto the diameter of my small finger of hand. its to painful during heavy stool pass. according to doctors they says that there is only a treatment of dilation surgery with the help of dilator that means the dilate the anus with the help of dilator and i have to take this after every 6 months for proper opening of anus. is there any another way to diagnose this?

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here anal spasm can be tried desperately with conservative line of treatment but the only best option is anal dilatation.
For conservative line of treatment, try sitz bath, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, avoid greasy food, high density calorie contained diet, in medicine Procresuline ointment can be tried intra rectal use, do not try to exert the force during defection, keep regular habit of defection.
Advise:- Surgery is the best option.
