Suggest Treatment For Constipation

i have problem of constipation.

i do not pass stools daily. so weight increases

tried drinking one & half litre water for 8 days.

doing pranayam.

also eat fibre in food.

thyroid is normal.

what should i do?

I am 40 year s old married with 10year old son.

Welcome to healthcare magic.

As you mentioned you have problem of constipation that may be because of lack of high fiber foods or irritation bowel syndrom or lack of gastric motility or other reasons.
Intestinal obstruction may cause this type of symptoms.
Some drugs side effect also this.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Ultra sonography and colonoscopy examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
