Hi I am in India. Sometime ago I noticed my stools were a little harder. Then about 5 weeks ago I felt pain like hemmaroids. I put preparation H and it went away. It recurred about a week ago and I had quite a bit of pain. I saw my doc and he examined me and said I had a fissure. Put me on medication and after five days it is much better. Less pain, stools still hard though I take a fibre complement. My stools are generally ok but some parts areslightly darker than the rest (not black). Also I am having this tateless sesantion in the mouth.
