Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have been suffering from hard extremely big and wide stools, I have a bowel movement every three days, I am taking stool softner and dulcolax as I am also taking hydrocodone 20 mg ER twice a day. Thank you

- Continue with the laxative
- Drink more water
- Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber
- Exercise more
- Take Senna, an herbal laxative
