Suggest Treatment For Constipation

I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes just this last week. I have MS diagnosted in 1985. But, for many years i have had random boughts with constipation/very hard stool. However for two months now seems no mater what fiber choices i make nothing helps. any suggestions, please? Marie Leiferman

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation.

I recommend using over the counter option like Miralax.

I also recommend to us daily probiotics.

I suggest to drink liquids and use a fiber-rich diet.
