I had gone through your question and i understand your concern .
I would say that the problem of your motion is caused of
constipation .
This condition is presented with some other symptoms like :
Sensation of incomplete defecation , hard stools , strainning, manual manuevering required to defecate ,pain on defecattion ,feelig of incomplete evacuation.So when you have some of these symptoms you may have constipation.
I would give to you some advice that may help you to improve your motion and here are some :
-Increase intake of fiber that will increase the wight of stools and speeds the passage through the intestines. Start it with slow amount every day with eating vegetables , , cereals , whole grain bread , fresh fruits (plumbs , , berries , apples ,beans..) Avoid food that cause constipation like bannanas, ,milk and milk product like cheese, red meat. chips , fried food.
-Drink a lot of fluid at least 8 glasses of water every day
-Do excercise every day.
-Take the time you need in the bathroom , dont ignore any bowl movement .
After doing all these things and you dont have improvoment , you may need to go to your local doctor to take medication that will help more like ; Fiber suplement such as
psyllium or methylcellulose.or Laxatives such as
lactulose,
polyethylene glycol.Lubricant such as mineral oil.
