Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Hi. 53 year old male in reasonable health. today, I started feeling a very sharp pain in my genitals and it feels like I always have to go pee. The pain is very bad just sitting but if I try and go to the bathroom nothing comes out. When I did go, it didn t hurt during. I had my prostate checked just over a year ago.

For treatment of constipation you have to modify your diet and lifestyle. ....

Do regular exercise more than 30 minutes.
Drink more water per day.

Avoid fatty foods and oily foods.
Avoid junk foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.

Eat high fiber foods like whole grains, beans,oats etc...

Eat fresh fruits like kiwi,Apple,Oranges...etc.
Eat green vegetable for proper digestion.

Drink warm water every day at morning regularly.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, onion,turnip,broccoli. ..etc.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
