Suggest Treatment For Constipation
I am constipated for now almost three days. I have passed small thin stools three time, once on Wednesday and tice today. I have a lot of pain from gas. Today, when passing th gas, c io pass clear liquid. I took a stool softener/laxative 110 hours ago.

You can take laxatives like lactulose 10ml thrice a day for three days. Include more fiber rich foods to your diet. If symptoms persists better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for a colonoscopy.
