Suggest Treatment For Constipation
I am drinking RO water since last 2 year and thereafter I have change my driking water of normal Equgaured of Eureka forbes, whenever I change the water, since I am going for stool 3 times in morning even after taking econorm capsule. I have also pro blem of IBS for which I am taking normoxin in night after meal as per my doctor treatment. But After taking such medicin I am suffering constipation and stool is not passing easly so I have to go for 3 times in morning. What can do for this problem. Whether this problem may be occure due to change of RO drinking water to normal water having TDS of 150 ?

Irritable bowel syndrome can also cause diarrhoea or constipation alternatively. Opioids also cause constipation as a side effect. This could be the cause of your constipation. You can take isphagula husk powder mixed with water two to three times a day or tablet Pruvit 2mg to reduce your symptoms.
