Suggest Treatment For Constipation With Tissue In Stool

i have had diareaha for 7 weeks now with boutsof constipation and i have fleshy pieces in varying sizes in my stools . there is no odour at all and the stools are long and thin what do you think this is, my doctor has arranged for me to have a bowell investigation, i just want the truth

Alternating diarrhoea and constipation could be an arly sign of a large bowel tumour.
the work up adviced to you is asolutel correct.
an endoscopy with a ct/mri scan , usg and biopsy if required are a must.
