Suggest Treatment For Constipation With Black Specks In Stool

i am constintly constipated of have diarrhea. everytime i go it is always brown but it always has black specks in it. the last couple weeks its still had the black specks but it also has about 10-20 black dots that are the size of the pencil eraser. sometimes i have pains so bad it hurts to go. this started about 4-5 months ago.

Upper part of gut bleeding may cause specks in stool problem.

Parasitic infection of stomach may cause specks in stool.
More consuption of coffee may cause black speck in stool.

Bleeding from intestine like ulcerative colitis or polyps may cause black dot in stool.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.

Stool examination test is helpful for diagnosis.
Abdominal x ray can done.
