Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Lower Back Pain, Headache And Abdominal Gas

I haven t had a full bowel movement in weeks. went to the e.r. last month for the same problem, as it has been happening repeatedly for about a year now, and they suggested liquid magnesium citrate. I have tried the magnesium citrate and it didn t help. I only been passing really small hard balls occasionally, constant stomach and lower back pain, headaches occasionally, gas, and always feeling the need to go but can t. I do have internal hemorrhoids i believe. I have tried mirolax before which helped temporarily but was only diarrhea and i tried Colon cleansing pills along with laxative pills but didn t seem to help, any suggestions as to how I can produce bowel movements regularly?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the constipation with no systemic disease or intestinal pathology then no need to treat this condition vigorously, it is better to try fiber containing diet, drink more water, keep the regular habit of going for defecation, no need to be over conscious, Isabgol powder can be used, two table spoon at bed time with plain water orally hope this information helps.
