Dear constipation may be not related to the spotting.
Dear it may be implantation bleeding/ infection or may be due to scratch in vaginal canal or people with drugs like exosprin may gives spotting.
take high fibre diet, use syrp. Cremaffine plus at night. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
