Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Severe Pain In The Legs

I am suffering from constipation from past 2 days.After every half an hour I feel like I am going to poop but nothing comes out.The pressure is not building in the stomach but around the rectum.Also I am feeling severe pain in my legs. Please advise ASAP.

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

You have problem of severe constipation with leg pain.
Excessive straing at toilet may cause leg pain and back pain problem also.

For treatment of severe constipation get regular habit of bathroom at same time.

Don't ignore to go toilet.

Avoid stressful condition and be a relax.

Do some diet modifications and lifestyle changes. ..

Do regular exercise more than 30 minutes.

Drink more water 8 glasses per day atleast.

Increase high fiber foods like whole grains, black bean.....etc

Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Avoid fatty foods.

Don't take alcohol drinking.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than you can take stool softner.

Bulk former agent like psyllium can use for severe constipation problem.
