Suggest treatment for constipation and rectal pain

Yes I have never had any problems going to the bathroom and am very regular up until Friday and all of a sudden l can not have a bowel movement? And feel like I have to go but but can t lots of pressure and when I try to go I seem to have a lot of plan in my rectal area

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problem you are facing of rectal pain is due to constipation.
You need to eat high fibre diet, fruits like papaya and banana, soft and easily digestable foods and drink good quantity of fluids.
Along with it, you can take laxatives such as the one made of isapgol husk everyday at night with a glass of water.
In case you neglect it, as you may develop complications like hemorrhoids or anal fissures.
