Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Hemorrhoids

I have been having bouts of constipation. I have internal and external hemmorriods. About 10 years ago I thought I had them removed. I eat fiber every day and drink about 60 to 70 oz of water a day. For the last few days my stomach has been cramping and it feels as if I need to have a bowel movement, but nothing happens. It feels like it is just stuck. I can have a small bowel movement, but it takes a long time to get it out. What type of doctor should I see for this problem? And what can I do in the meantime?

You may consult with colorectal surgeon. You may take more fibre containing food like green vegetable, yousub gul husk, lactulose susp. or milk of magnaesia.
