Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Bloating

hi my name is john i'm 28 years old suffering from gastric problem and constipation..i'l be really hungry and after eating half a plate of food 'i feel full...also my stomach blots really huge and it fluctuates.... my friends are making fun of me please help?

I can understand your concern.

The problem of constipation and bloating in you may be due to-
1) Food habits.
2) Hypothyroidism.
3) Physical inactivity.

I would like to advise you to consult your doctor.
There may be need for -
1) Blood tests like complete blood count, renal and liver function test, serum electrolytes, Thyroid function test.
2) Imaging
- Xray abdomen standing.
- Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.
- If required CT scan.
3) Stool and urine test.

Following measures may be helpful to you-
1) Drink plenty of water.
2) Avoid spicy, oily food, food containing refined carbohydrates.
3) Take liquid to soft food.
4) Use of lactulose, parafine, isabgul or other laxative may help.
5) Avoid late night eating.
6) Avoid immediate lying down after having meals.
7) Regular exercise.
