I have recently tried anal masturbation with a very large test tube with sharp edges. The first time I used a toothbrush end and mucus-blood stuff came out I have recently felt constipation pain in school and yesterday or the day beforewas the first time I fully inserted the test tube. No real bleeding but occasionaly that mucus stuff will pop up. Today I ve tried to poop when i thought I needed too but I don t need to apparently should I go to the ER.. What s happening please HELP!!!

General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Inserting objects into anal cavity is not a good idea. It can cause damage in the mucosal membrane and infection. Tooth brush could have caused damage to mucosa and further infection. Examination by a general surgeon will be helpful to rule out this. Antibiotics and probiotics will be helpful for this. Taking stool softeners will ease your constipation also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
