General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. Your blood report seems to be fine. Regarding your blood pressure, the systolic bp will always vary with physical exercise or anxiety. It is not constant. The diastolic bp is important. in your case it is normal. so nothing to worry.

Just continue with your gym and good nutritious food.

Regarding your headache it looks like you may be having migraine headache. Some lifestyle alterations might help reduce migraine frequency. These include:

1. Getting enough sleep
2. Reducing stress
3. Drinking plenty of water
4. Avoiding certain foods
5. Regular physical exercise.

If it is not better with these go to a physician who will prescribe you medications. Initial line of treatment is paracetamol. If not better then other drugs are given.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
Dr Sanjay Kini
