Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You are having symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease. This is a condition in which the stomach contents reflux in to the food pipe.
You can take omeprazole for relief.
You also need to reduce weight.
You need to avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, spicy/fatty food.
Eat smaller frequent meals.
Go to to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
