Suggest Treatment For Connective Tissue Disorder

I have mixed connected tissue disease was found 09/ 2012 before I could get tree mentioned for lupus I had chronic diarrhea started 2011/of November. So anyway Benicar was the problem of my chronic diarrhea. So once that got better, I was put in hospital for chest pain turned out to be fluid around the sack of my heart. That s when I was told again I had mctd. I have big black line across my forehead is there anything I can get too vet my color back? The discoloration is also on the sides of my face, the front of my foot the back of my hands and my arms .Any suggestions please.

In my opinion I would recommend low irritant facial creams or sunscreen with spf 50 or above and healthy diet rich in vitamin C. I would also advise to avoid direct sunlight as your skin would be more sensitive.
