Suggest Treatment For Conjunctivitis
i had a weird sensation under my left eye and there was a sound of woosh & a pop. then i notice some yellow substance on the lower eye lid and there was redness along the lower inner eye lid there was also some feeling of soreness around the lower lid

it is most probably blepharitis.clean eye lid with sterile gauge and apply neosporine eye ointment. it may not be conjunctivitis since there is no conjuctival congestion with this treatment you should improve.

conjunctivitis should effect hole of conjunctiva and it is bilateral condition. in your case it appears to be blepharitis. clean the eye lid with sterile swab and apply neosporine eye ointment in effected eye lid. manta in cleanliness of eye lid. with this treatment you will improve.
