Suggest Treatment For Conjunctivitis

I think I may have a case of conjunctivitis and am unable to find a Dr. open today (holiday) to see me. I will be flying tomorrow and unable to see a Dr. until Thursday at the soonest. is there anything that I can get at a drugstore that could help with they symptoms until I can see my eye dr?

Itcan be bacterial viral or allergic. if it is thick discharge and morning sticking of lids ad symptoms of itching and watery discharge can differentiate in diagnosis. in case of bacterial conjunctivitis ofloxacin eye drop.3% drop 6 hourly can be used. Clean discharge with sterile gauge. After reaching your destination consult eye doctor.
