Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi There

The medicines which your friend is taking for Congestive Heart Failure is alright. The thingh which needs to be taken care of is his Blood Pressure is it is staying above 140/90 mmhg then the medicines needs to be adjusted in terms of dose and for that its advisable that he should consult the cardiologist personally.
Whenever the BP falls below 80 systolic and 60 diastolic medical attention should be taken.

Another thing which he needs to take care is to limit his water intake to no more than 1.5 ltrs per day and limit dietary salt intake also.

I wish him good luck
