So you could have viral infection and secondary to it just now bacterial infection can occur... You can here have bronchitis like infection. Take levoflixacin or cefixime for 7 days. If needed decongestent can taken like cetrizine or oxymetazoline... Drink more water.... Steam inhalation.... If condition worsen chest x ray and sputum examination done.....to rule out pneumonia like infection......
