Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Chest congestion and wheezing are commonly seen in heart diseases (heart failure) and lung diseases (bronchitis).
So better to consult doctor and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Ecg, 2d echo and stress test to rule out heart failure.
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) if bronchitis is there.
Diuretics and cardiac inotropic drugs are required if you have heart failure.
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
