hello doctor, there is any curative treatment for congenital macular degeneration in ayurveda (age of patient 7 years and 4 month)with high myopia (6/60-B/L)H/O second degree consanguity withH/o B/L nystagmus which was subsided itself in one eye (rt eye)

There are some immune boosters in Ayurveda that check or slow down such degeneration . In this particular case I would suggest you to administer sapamrit loh along with abhrak sahastraputi . In such cases netra tarpan treatment with trifla ghrit & trifla orally does great. Also washing the eyes daily in trifla kshaya. But the treatment is prolonged & you need to have some patience.
