Suggest Treatment For Confusion After Switching From Crestor To Rosuvastatin

Why have the three medications that my husband takes been changed to generic? Is it required by Medicare that they be changed? Synthroid is now levothyroxine Tamsulosin is now Finasterin Crestor is now Rosuvastatin. He has experienced confusion and memory problems which is one of the side effects of Rosuvastatin.

By definition, it is the same chemical in the brand and generic, so new side effects would not be expected.

There are a lot of causes of confusion and memory. They are highly correlated with people who have vessel diseases (and are on cholesterol medicine for them). This is coincedence.
