Suggest Treatment For Concussion
My son suffered a concussion on Monday that was diagnosed by our Athletic Trainer at football practice. Today, he has had 2 nosebleeds, the Athletic Trainer is concerned and wants to keep a close eye on him, should we go directly to ER or just monitor him?

Ideally all the head injury cases need to keep under the close observation for couple of days, if this was the bleeding per nose then x-ray study would be necessary, to rule out the possibility of fracture part, hope this information helps.
