Suggest Treatment For Complex Hyperplasia

I have just received a diagnosis of complex hyperplasia. Had a D&C last week. Am 72 years old and in excellent health. I will be getting two opinions next week from urogynocologists as to the next steps. What do you think are the best options? Is watching and waiting a possibility, with a repeat biopsy in a few months? What is the chance of spontaneous regression with this condition?

Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
If you have complex hyperplasia then further treatment Depends on whether atypia is seen. If atypia then treatment is surgery.
If no atypia then meprate 10 mg thrice a day for 6 months. If repeat biopsy shows no hyperplasia then no further treatment is required.
Thanks
