Suggest Treatment For Colour Blindness

Recently I had my pre appointment medical test in TATA motors. But in colour blindness test I have failed. I have passed all other tests. My job is of inspection of automobile parts & I am working with same job since past 7 years. Whether TATA motors will reject me on this ground? Please guide me. Also please tell me whether there is treatment available for the colour blindness.

Tthere is no treatment for co lour blind ness. It is a congenital deficiency. Rehabilitation training can be given to live with this problem and train to accommodate by other means to avoid dangerous cosiquances. You will always be unfit where you have to identify co lour, like driving train piloting pilot for plan, armed force job. There are many jobs for which you will be fit. Don't hide it before any selection.
