In my opinion you red not to all these medicines
if such a patient comes to my clinic I would advise him to take
tab Tinadazole 500 mg thrice daily
tab pantoprazole 40 mg once daily
darolac

plenty of fluids
adequate amount of dietary fiber and fresh fruits
adequate sleep and rest lead a stress free life
