Hello,

Thanks for your query on HealthcareMagic

As per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1)Do take prescribed medication as per your Doctor's advice and there is no harm at all and discuss few other medications like this -Budesonide-Azathioprine and Mercaptopurine.
Multivitamin with iron supplements and a probiotics vitamin B 12 injections and oral calcium
Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this -
Try to limit dairy products and Use an OTC enzyme product such as Lactaid. Try low-fat foods. Try avoiding butter, margarine, cream sauces and fried foods.Limit fiber, like fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains, Try to avoid other problem foods like Spicy foods, alcohol, and caffeine.

2)Eat small meals. You may find you feel better eating five or six small meals a day rather than two or three larger ones. Try to drink plenty of fluids daily. Water is best. Talk to a dietitian. If you begin to lose weight or your diet has become very limited.

3)Try to avoid smoking and make a plan to reduce stress.

Hope that helps
