Suggest Treatment For Cold Sores And Bleeding Gums

My daughter is in college. She went to the clinic on Friday and they tested her for strep (negative) and took a blood sample and she didn't have mono but high counts of whatever it is that indicates mono. She has terrible cold sores. They told her to come back on Monday if symptoms didn't improve. Today she is saying her gums are bleeding heavily and it feels like her teeth are moving? She has no energy and I don't know if she should wait until tomorrow to see the DR. or go to one of the minute clinics?
