Suggest treatment for cold, sore throat and tender nodes on neck

I have undiagnosed fibromyalgia, main trigger points are upper back, legs and calves. Lately I have been feeling so drained, I want to sleep all day, it feels like sometimes I m getting a cold, sore throat and tender neck nodes but nothing develops beyond that. Other times I feel nauseous a foggy feeling in my head, ears start to fill full and ring. Could it be Chronic fatugue?

For sore throat you have to take tab Azithromycin 500 mg once daily after meals for 3 days with tab diominic-dca or tab wikoryl three times daily after meals common cold with tab pan-d or cap omez-d twice daily empty stomach for nausea and vomiting. For tender nodes and fatigue you just have to take tab ibuprofen three times daily after meals. Do salt water gargles or take steam inhalation as it is very helpful in case of sore throat to relieve the congestion.
